The website against The Knot, WeddingWire and Philly Mag

Every inquiry lands in the venue’s CRM, tagged by where it came from and followed up. Counting the contacts with one source tag, so no inquiry counts twice, the website brought in 12 times as many inquiries as The Knot and booked 116 events to its 7. The CRM does not record which events were corporate, so these totals cover every event the venue booked.

Where it slipped, and what comes next

Not every search is first. Two fell in the Maps pack, and “employee appreciation event venue” lost its first place there.

  • Win back the Maps pack for weddings

On Google the venue held 3rd for “wedding venue” and rose from 7th to 3rd for “wedding reception venue”. In the Maps pack the same two searches fell, from 5th to 11th and from 3rd to 18th, since November 2024. That is the next work.

  • Take back “company event venue”

First on Google and Maps in August 2026, it was 2nd on Google in October.

  • Climb in the towns around it

“Corporate event venue” searched from Malvern, a few towns away, is 4th, up from 6th in March 2025.
